Curtis James Jackson III (born July 6, 1975) better known by his stage name 50 Cent, is an American rapper. He rose to fame with the release of his albums Get Rich or Die Tryin' (2003) and The Massacre (2005). Both albums achieved multi-platinum success, selling more than twenty-one million copies combined.

Bobby Kimball (born 29 March 1947, in Orange, Texas) is an American singer best known for being a member of the rock band Toto.

Early life

Robert (Bobby) Troy Kimball was born in Orange, Texas, but was raised in nearby Vinton, Louisiana, as Vinton did not have a hospital (thus, he was born across the state line). Bobby started singing as a child dabbling on voice and piano in a musical household throughout his youth. Throughout the 1970s, Kimball performed as a vocalist in various New Orleans area bands, including The Levee Band which would later become Le Roux after Kimball left. In 1976, Bobby joined S.S. Fools in which he was the lead vocalist as well as keyboard player. That same year, the band released their self titled album. The band broke up during its first tour.

Dennis DeYoung (born February 18, 1947, Chicago, Illinois) is an American singer, songwriter, musician and producer best known for being a founding member of the rock band Styx, a tenure which lasted from 1970 to 1999.

Alban Nwapa grew up listening to Fela Kuti and James Brown. At age 23, he began studying dentistry. In order to be able to finance his university studies, Nwapa started making his own music. During this time Alban worked as a DJ in the well-known Stockholm club 'Alphabet Street'. Very quickly his name became widely known, especially since Alban often sang to the records he put on the turntable as a DJ. DJ René couldn't help but notice him and so he was discovered. Alban finished his studies and even opened his own dentistry practice, keeping his disk jockeying as a lucrative sideline.

Joe Satrianai (born July 15, 1956 in Westbury, New York) is an multi-instrumentalist,known primarily for his work as an instrumental rock guitarist, with multiple Grammy Award nominations. His dexterity and years of dedication to his craft have earned him a reputation as a shred guitarist. Early in his career, Satriani worked as a guitar instructor, and some of his former students have achieved fame with their guitar skills (Steve Vai, Tom Morello, Larry LaLonde, Kirk Hammett, Charlie Hunter, Kevin Cadogan). Satriani has been a driving force in the music credited to other musicians throughout his career, as a founder of the ever-changing touring trio, G3, as well as performing in various positions with other musicians.
