As a young saxophone player, Costar spend a lot of his time near the stereo system, playing along with his father’s old jazz records. At one point he changed the jazz records for club compilations. At the age of eighteen he went looking for dj’s in the Amsterdam club scene, that would take the challenge of playing their sets with live saxophone.

Eric Lee Martin (born 10 October 1960, Long Island, New York) is the son of Frederick Lee "Pepper" Martin and Iris Martin. He is the eldest of three siblings Dan, Joan and Laurie; and is half-Irish, half-Italian.
Eric is a local of the San Francisco Bay Area, where he first started his career in the music industry in 1978. As a singer, Eric is best known as the vocalist of the (reunited) hard rock band Mr. Big, the multi-talented supergroup that produced the 90s hit ballad "To Be With You", a song that Eric wrote in his teen years. |

Joe Satrianai (born July 15, 1956 in Westbury, New York) is an multi-instrumentalist,known primarily for his work as an instrumental rock guitarist, with multiple Grammy Award nominations. His dexterity and years of dedication to his craft have earned him a reputation as a shred guitarist. Early in his career, Satriani worked as a guitar instructor, and some of his former students have achieved fame with their guitar skills (Steve Vai, Tom Morello, Larry LaLonde, Kirk Hammett, Charlie Hunter, Kevin Cadogan). Satriani has been a driving force in the music credited to other musicians throughout his career, as a founder of the ever-changing touring trio, G3, as well as performing in various positions with other musicians. |

John is a Norwegian hard rock guitarist co-founder of the Swedish band Europe. Concurrent to his role with Europe, he also maintains a side solo project. During his career, Norum also played with Eddie Meduza & The Roaring Cadillacs, Dokken, Don Dokken's solo band as well as side collaborations with other artists including Glenn Hughes. While living for a few years in the US, he met and married Michelle Meldrum, founder and lead guitarist of the Swedish-American heavy metal band Meldrum. The couple had one son, Jake Thomas, born in September 2004. Meldrum died on May 21, 2008 from a cystic growth in her brain. John Norum is the older brother of the singer Tone Norum. |

Fascinated by theater, music and the slightest of sounds, Niek Boes began his life as an artist at 5 years of age and proceeded to win the hearts of his friends and family. His Donald Duck-monologue (interview in Dutch) totally impossible to understand and without any meaning whatsoever, made quite a hit when broadcast regionally by the local radio station. The provence of Twente fell for the young Boes. Four years later, Niek became a member of the well known "Stadsjongenskoor uit Oldenzaal", a choir that sang for Pope Johannes Paulus the II and toured the Netherlands. Intensive classical and technical voice training followed.

Yngwie Malmsteen was born in Stockholm, Sweden, on June 30, 1963. The youngest child in a household that included his mother Rigmor, sister Ann Louise, and brother Bjorn, Yngwie originally had no interest in music. However, on September 18, 1970, Yngwie saw a TV special on the death of guitar iconoclast Jimi Hendrix. Seven-year-old Yngwie watched with awe as Hendrix blasted the audience with torrents of feedback and sacrificed his guitar in flames. The day Jimi Hendrix died, the guitar-playing Yngwie was born. |
